1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImgGPT ("the Service"), operated by ImgGPT ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ImgGPT provides free online image editing tools and AI-powered image generation. Free tools include background removal, compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, and more. Paid plans offer additional features including project management, CDN hosting, version history, and AI credits for image generation.

3. Accounts

Free tools do not require an account. To access paid features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Polar. Prices are listed on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.

5. AI Credits

AI credits are used for AI-powered features such as image generation, upscaling, enhancement, and object removal. Monthly credits are included with paid plans and reset each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload and create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. Images processed with free tools are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them to a project. AI-generated images are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

8. CDN Hosting

Images saved to projects on paid plans are hosted on our CDN and accessible via direct URLs. Upon cancellation, CDN links remain active for 30 days. After that period, images may be removed. You may download your images at any time before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website.
