ImgGPT ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
When you use free tools without an account, we do not store your images on our servers. Images are processed in-memory and returned to your browser. We collect minimal analytics data (page views, tool usage counts) via Vercel Analytics to improve the Service.
When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google password or any other Google data.
If you save images to projects (paid plans), those images are stored on Cloudflare R2 and associated with your account. We store metadata including file names, sizes, creation dates, and tool usage.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) and a visitor ID cookie for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Project images are retained during your active subscription and for 30 days after cancellation. You may delete individual images or your entire account at any time. Free tool usage data (analytics) is anonymized and aggregated.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access, and access controls. Payment information is handled entirely by Polar and is never stored on our servers.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for removal.
